What is PASHUPATI'S LAW ?

PASHUPATI'S  LAW
It was known that any disturbance at anywhere with any time causes sound. And Noise , Music & Voice are its particular cases .
        A general principle about creation of sound or sequence of sounds (that is ; Noise ,Music ,Voice
or Languages etc ) can be given as -
        " The creation of sound or sequence of sounds ( that is ; Noise
, Music , Voice or Languages etc ) is nothing , but the arrangement of frequency or frequencies with actual time or cumulative time spent in it or them."
        This aforesaid principle is termed as PASHUPATI'S  LAW named after the author of this law.

EXPLANATION
For explanation of this principle, if one takes frequency or frequencies ( in Hz ) on ordinate and actual time or cumulative time Tc ( in second ) spent in these frequency or frequencies on abscissa, one shall obtain a particular type of shape or curve ( Vide fig. 1,2, 3, 4 ).
        And this shape or curve shall represent--
        1. A sound or a sequence of sounds produced by a living being or lifeless being.
       2. A speech of human being
       3. An instrumental music of any
instruments etc.
